Creamy Chive Scrambled Eggs
ngredients (2 servings)

4 eggs

2 tbsp butter
-
2 tbsp cream or milk
-
1 tsp freeze-dried chives
-
½ tsp freeze-dried garlic (optional but amazing)

Salt & black pepper

Toast, to serve
Instructions

Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper.

Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium–low heat.

Pour in the eggs and cook slowly, stirring gently.
-
When nearly set, fold in freeze-dried chives (they soften instantly).
-
Add freeze-dried garlic for extra savory depth.
-
Serve soft and glossy over toast.
