Creamy Chive Scrambled Eggs

ngredients (2 servings)

 

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp cream or milk

  • 1 tsp freeze-dried chives

  • ½ tsp freeze-dried garlic (optional but amazing)

  • Salt & black pepper

  • Toast, to serve

 


Instructions

 

  1. Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper.

  2. Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium–low heat.

  3. Pour in the eggs and cook slowly, stirring gently.

  4. When nearly set, fold in freeze-dried chives (they soften instantly).

  5. Add freeze-dried garlic for extra savory depth.

  6. Serve soft and glossy over toast.
